Our two step approach helps you by handling emergent needs at the time of the initial visit or having one of our trained fitters to assess, fit, and educate your patient on the device in their home. To ensure we are helping your patients, we have employed the services of an independent consulting specialist to perform customer surveys and provide quality-control feedback for every patient we help. We perform follow-up calls after we have delivered and dispensed a device. You'll know your patient has been helped with a follow-up report faxed to you detailing their reduced pain, increased support, mobility, and overall satisfaction with the device.
